We’re looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract!

The Role
As Brand Marketing Manager at PureGym Denmark, you'll take ownership of our brand marketing strategy and will get to work on some exciting campaigns and brand partnership activity.
You’ll be managing the creation of engaging brand marketing campaigns that inspire and support the health of our nation. Our Marketing Team is split between Denmark and the UK, this role will be based in the Denmark office with daily communications with the UK team.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for brand marketing and campaign activity for PureGym Denmark, with support from Senior Brand Marketing Manager (UK based) for the PureGym Group.
- Delivery and day-to-day management of national acquisition campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Owning the relationship with the media agency to plan and execute our ATL media plan, reporting on performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Social & Content, Design, Local Marketing, CRM and Digital teams, to ensure campaigns are driven by departmental knowledge and insight as well as executed in line with our strategy.
- You will provide day-to-day management of our brand partnerships and sponsorships.
- Keeping on top of competitor and industry activity, creating a bi-monthly review report, and a monthly report with more indepth insights during key campaign periods.
- Any other adhoc duties (e.g. managing budgets, reporting on campaign performance and brand tracking).
The Person
- You are a creative thinker, with the ability to develop a concept and project manage integrated campaigns from start to finish considering all channel touchpoints.
- You have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at any given time.
- Must have a creative flair and experience working alongside designers, broader marketing teams and third-party suppliers.
- You will have 4+ years’ experience in executing integrated marketing plans and briefing media agencies in a similar role.
- Strong commercial understanding and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good English language to communicate effectively within our business.
- Eagerness to improve and evolve brand activity - keeping on top broader marketing trends and proposing tactical ways to engage our audiences through effective channel activity (working with relevant wider marketing teams on this).
- A self-starter who can work autonomously.
- Experience in the health and fitness industry is a bonus but not essential.
