In 2005, the first Fitness World center opened on Gasværksvej in Copenhagen. We wanted to challenge the Danish fitness market in terms of price, quality, selection and efficiency. We succeeded!

Exciting opportunity to join PureGym as the End User Support Engineer!

In this brand-new role, you will own all assigned IT support tickets and see these through to resolution, providing first class service to head office and gym locations. You will be the main escalation point in Denmark for support for our end users. You will also provide support to the other markets as required.

You will be part of the IT Services function reporting into our remote based End User Support Manager. In this role you'll be acting as the main point of contact for the Denmark office and gym locations. Although you will be the sole support engineer working in the Denmark office you will be working in collaboration with the wider team to support the rest of the business.

This is a office based role and willingness to travel Internationally as required.

·       To own all assigned IT support tickets and be the single point of reference for the life cycle of assigned tickets.

·       Provide technical support for the business applications.

·       Has the ability to investigate/troubleshoot the state of an end user application fault and reproduce the issues.

·       Liaise with vendors when escalating tickets.

·       Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems such as Microsoft Windows 11, iOS and Android.

·       Knowledge of Windows system management tools (Intune, Autopilot etc.

·       Exposure to and understanding of Windows and application automation (scripting, imaging, installation and management).

·       Knowledge of collaborative technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Teams, One drive, SharePoint etc.

·       Strong attention to detail and strives for excellent in delivery.

·       Experience of working in a fast paced office environment as part of a professional team.

·       Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, understanding "what good looks like" and capable of multi-tasking.

·       Strong communication skills.

·       A flexible approach to work duties and hours with the ability to attend other sites when necessary.

·       Understands SLAs and has a proven track record of meeting KPIs

Qualifications:

·       Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4 Foundation.

·       1+ years in an IT end user support function role.
