The Role
Member Relations Employee
Reports to: Member Relations Manager
Hrs of work: •10 hrs per week, 2 evenings + every 4th weekend
The Member Services team at PureGym Denmark is a dedicated and high-energy group committed to providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. What you'll do
In the role of Part Time Member Relations Employee, you will:
•Be responding to written inquiries from members in both Danish and English•Conducting internal telephone and written support to colleagues in the centers around the country•Have a varied and exciting working day with good colleagues in a young and informal environment, where spirits are high and there is a loose tone•Become part of a team where we succeed together and have a continuous joy in collaborating•Develop your professional and personal skills through ongoing conversations with your manager, relevant courses and education and a continuous focus on your development planBecome part of a pleasant collegial environment at our head office in Valby, with a delicious lunch program, several annual social events and Friday fun on our lovely, outdoor roof terrace

Flexibility is important, as there may be occasions when working hours need to adapt to meet business and member needs.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have excellent written communication skillsBe confident and professional in verbal communicationBe proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quick to learn new systems and technologiesDemonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detailHave experience delivering outstanding customer service to both our members and our centre teams.
