We’re looking for a Property Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark!

The Role: 

Reporting into our Head of Property and working with a wider team, the successful Property Manager will play a key role in commercial negotiations, regarding lease renewals, closures and dilapidations across our physical estate in Denmark.  

Key Responsibilities:

• To conduct and conclude Rent Renewal negotiations to secure the best rent deal in the portfolio
• To conduct and conclude closure negotiations and dilapidation negotiations, and agree the Landlord works to be contracted by the Landlord or by selected contractors through collaboration with PureGym Development Team.
• Attend weekly property meetings either via Teams or in person.
• Support appeals for rebates and reductions where appropriate
• Use and understand the in- house property portal and other PureGym systems
• Take the lead in addressing and resolving facility issues, where applicable.
• Attend site visits and prepare summary notes to support decision making process. 
• Communicate and collaborate with the development team on closures and dilapidations
• Prepare Head of Terms, Capex Committee Papers and Board Papers for presentation at committee for approval.
• Progress Board Approved sites through to contract completion.
• Manage the commissioning and feedback on market reports
• To prepare regular and ad hoc reports as directed by the Head of Property

Requirements:

• A seasoned negotiator, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once, with an ability to deliver against agreed timelines and deadlines.
• A proven ability in working independently, whilst remaining intellectually curious
• A solution orientated approach.
• A keen interest in progressing within a Property Management career and / or previous experience in real-estate negotiation.
• Commercially aware through experience in a similar role, with an ability to use knowledge and experience to drive success of Pure Gym.
• Comfortable and confident working with data and reporting
• Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met.
• Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks internally and externally.
• Flexibility to travel, with a valid drivers licence.
• Has good written and oral English skills
