The Role
We are looking for a Senior Membership Analyst to influence and support the Membership and Revenue performance of the business through effective business partnering to deliver excellent reporting, analysis and insight.
Additional Responsibilities within this role include:
· Providing extensive support and challenge to the Commercial and Marketing teams on all items relating to membership revenue and promotional planning through effective business partnership.
· Detailed analysis of membership and revenue performance; highlighting performance trends relating to volume and ARPM, to improve business profitability.
· Review the performance of all pricing changes, and promotional activity.
· Detailed analysis of other ancillary revenue stream, highlighting and challenging performance trends and supporting on on-going operational changes.
· Lead the revenue performance section of the weekly trade meetings.
· Develop and support the production of daily, weekly and monthly performance tracking in-line with operational & management requirements.
· Taking the lead in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process of the membership volumes and ARPM, working with the commercial and marketing teams and ensure this is delivered in agreed timescales.
· Work closely with the rest of the Finance department to ensure Membership revenue is representative of business performance.
· Involvement in many ad-hoc business initiatives; providing commercial challenges and analytical support.
· Improving the commerciality and financial awareness of non-finance teams.
· Seek continual improvements in management information capability, working alongside the BI Team.

· Qualified accountant
· Demonstrable commercial skills, with experience in analysing sales/revenue and promotional performance
· Exceptional proven financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
· Fluent in English language written and verbally
· Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
