We’re searching for an IT Supporter to join to join our IT team based in Valby, Denmark!

The Role

This position will be full of variety supporting a wide selection of systems and technology solutions. Working with 3rd parties and people of all levels internally.

This will include:

Key Responsibilities:

·         On-site IT support for our headquarters, including stakeholders and executives.

·         Supporting hardware and operating systems across platforms.

·         Troubleshooting and support for networks, printers, AV equipment, and mobile devices.

·         Supporting communication applications such as Microsoft Teams.

·         Ongoing follow-up and communication with users regarding incident handling.

·         Ensuring and optimizing operations by gathering knowledge and developing new initiatives.

·         Documentation and maintenance of the knowledge base.

·         Close collaboration with external support partners and internal teams in Denmark, Switzerland, and the UK.

·         Handling support requests via ServiceNow and providing phone support.

·         Working with Microsoft Suite, Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune.

The Person

We are looking for an IT support profile with a strong technical understanding who can work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. A service-minded approach and a positive attitude are essential.

·         Recently graduated IT supporter or someone with 1-2 years of experience in IT support.

·         Experience with 2nd & 3rd line support.

·         Fluent in Danish and English.

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

·         Experience with IT support across various platforms and devices.

·         Interest in new technology and a desire to develop your skills.

·         Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to structure tasks.

·         Experience with ITIL processes is an advantage.
