Would you like to be part of our Member Relations team, working together to ensure outstanding member satisfaction at PureGym? We’re currently looking for a new colleague to join Member Relations — someone with experience in our organization and who is familiar with our systems.

As a Member Relations Employee, you will:

• Work a full-time position of 37 hours per week

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling both phone and written inquiries from members in both Danish and English
• Providing internal support to colleagues across our gyms nationwide
• Participating in other functions within the department

Who Are You?

You have a background with PureGym and are familiar with our systems. You have experience working with our members and a strong enthusiasm for delivering the best possible experience. Combined with your experience at PureGym, your eagerness to contribute ideas and solutions makes you curious, proactive, and action oriented.

Additionally, it’s important that you:

• Have strong written communication skills
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new IT systems
• Are hardworking, patient, and resilient
• Take responsibility and initiative in your tasks
• Are organized and structured, and thrive in a dynamic workday
• You can be flexible with your working hours. Your working hours will be from 08:15–16:15 on weekdays. Some weekend work may occur — though this will be minimal.
