We’re looking for an experienced Personal Training Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark!

The Role:
As Denmark’s Personal Training Manager, you will own the overall management and delivery of PureGym’s personal training offering in Denmark, working closely with the Group Director of Personal Training.
You will innovate our PT proposition, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our members. Your role involves collaborating with marketing and digital teams to create compelling PT offerings, while working closely with gym ops to deliver this in club and ensuring PureGym is the preferred choice for personal trainers in Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver DK PT budgeted revenue and margin targets.
- Lead the management and evolution of PureGym’s PT operating model and offering in Denmark.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the PT market and competitive models in Denmark.
- Continuously innovate PureGym’s DK PT proposition, staying attuned to member needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing and digital teams to build a strong PT sales proposition.
- Develop tools and processes to support managers in growing and managing a commercial PT business and driving trainer retention.
- Drive adherence to the PT education journey and drive engagement of PT’s so they are a loyal and valued part of the Puregym team.
- Partner with District and Regional Managers to drive PT performance.
- Ensure consistent PT payroll processes and advocacy for PTs in gyms.
- Develop GM blueprint and content for managing of PT’s
- Implement PT projects to enhance PT uptake and increase member penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline PT offerings.
- Execute marketing strategies for PT leads / sales and management of these promotions.
- Support on localised PT projects and roll out and develop training for the managers and trainers to support the change.
- Develop revenue growth opportunities in personal training
- Travel to gym sites and offices across DK as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing large personal training teams with a proven track record.
- Experience working across a multi-site business.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage and deliver projects with strong change management skills.
- Strong collaborator with excellent people management skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Action orientated with a hands-on approach, able to work with a wide variety of people.
- Self-starter who can work dynamically in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with regular travel across our gyms and offices in Denmark.
