We’re looking for a Property Assistant to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark!

The Role:
Reporting into our Head of Property and working with a wider team, the successful Property Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Property team in all levels of administration.
Our Property team are responsible for the management of all commercial leases. Accountable for New Lease, Renewal, Closure and Dilapidation negotiations and Landlord relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To act as a key point of contact for the Property team
- Handle BAU Landlord enquiries where appropriate and/or pass on to the appropriate team member
- Provide administrative support in areas such as Capex paper production and / or invoice queries
- Provide support for the investigation of legal cases as they arise
- Cross function communication and co-ordination to ensure alignment
- Support with general administration
- Attend Landlord meetings, take minutes and follow up as required
- Manage and organize meetings
- Gather information and present accordingly, as and when required
- Maintain relevant electronic and printed records
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required by the Head of Property
- Attend site visits as required to ensure understanding of ongoing issues
- Support with administration of HOC
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support, within a fast paced and high performing team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build internal and external relationships
- Has the ability to work as part of a team and alone
- A ‘can do’ attitude, with a solution orientated approach
- Able to positively challenge to bring out the best in others
- Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage numerous projects whilst remaining calm.
